What Is FrontWars.io?
FrontWars.io is a real-time multiplayer strategy battle royale developed by VexxusArts where players compete for map dominance. You start small with a chosen territory and aim to expand it as much as possible by strengthening defenses, building infrastructure, and conquering opponents’ land, with the player who first claims at least 72% of the map winning the game. The game can host up to 143 players simultaneously on a single map, meaning threats can come from any direction at any time, and it features unique map painting gameplay where your territory expands like fluid as you push back enemy borders with superior force. Whether you are a fan of diplomacy, large-scale battles, or pure strategy, FrontWars delivers a blend of global conquest and competitive gameplay, with buildings like cities to increase population, defense posts to protect borders, and ports to let you build warships and trade with allies. As you progress, devastating weapons like Atomic Bombs and Hydrogen Bombs become available, adding enormous tension to the late game and forcing every surviving player to constantly reassess their alliances and positioning.
Controls
In FrontWars.io, you use the left mouse button to pick your starting location and begin expanding your territory, right-click to open the radial menu where you can access the build menu, info menu, and more, and WASD to move the camera around the map. The Radial Menu is your main control hub, letting you right-click any location to build structures, launch attacks, send boats, request alliances, or betray an ally. The Event Panel shows everything happening in the game including alliance requests, incoming attacks, and quick chat messages, and the Options Panel lets you pause the game, check the timer, access settings, and see detailed information about other players. You can retreat troops if needed though this costs 25 percent of your attacking troops, and boats can return to their starting point if the land has changed hands, but nukes cannot be recalled once launched. FrontWars.io rewards players who think several moves ahead, manage their resources carefully, and treat every alliance as a temporary arrangement rather than a permanent one. The most fundamental rule of combat in the game is that it is a pure numbers game — if you send 100 troops and the enemy territory has 50, you win and capture that territory with 50 troops remaining, so always concentrate superior forces rather than sending just enough to barely win, because winning a fight with almost no troops left leaves you dangerously exposed.

<-Tips to Dominate
Early on, prioritize upgrading your capital or core territory with gold to accelerate troop production and avoid spending on anything else, because a strong economy in the early game is what funds your military dominance in the mid and late game. Do not expand too fast — overextending your borders before you have the troops and infrastructure to defend them is one of the most common mistakes new players make, and a well-timed attack from a neighbor can collapse a large empire that spread itself too thin. In terms of diplomacy, befriend distant players to avoid conflicts on multiple fronts while attacking nearby weaker ones, and if the top player on the leaderboard is exceptionally powerful, consider allying with them temporarily to eliminate the second-place player together before turning on each other. When attacking a stronger opponent, use feint tactics — launch a small force of around 20 percent of your troops against one flank to observe where they redeploy their defenses, then immediately strike the exposed sector with your main force to break through. Always keep a close eye on your attack ratio, which determines how many troops you commit to conquering new territory, and adjust it strategically depending on whether you are in an aggressive expansion phase or a defensive consolidation phase.
